CTA Voter Registration for Old Green Books

Dear Community Members,

In view of the following email communication and attached Official Circular  (Tsazin Lamton on Old GB)  from the Office of Central Election Commission and Office of Tibet, DC, we hereby notify all those Tibetans who still hold one of the old Tibetan Green Books(རང་བཙན་ལག་དེབ་རྙིང་པ།) to contact our office before October 28, 2020 5PM.

Tibetans holding the old Green Book are now being given an opportunity to register as voters for the up coming CTA President and Parliament Election. However, the requirements state that one must update their Chatrel contribution and apply for a New Tibetan Green Book.

Also, those who had already applied for New Tibetan Green Books but were not allowed to register earlier can do so now according to the new circular.

Therefore, Voter Registration date has now been extended for the above two categories.  Please come with all your documents at the date and time below.
