CTAO continues with our cooking Class#6. We are proud to present the art of making an easy way for a perfect SENGONG with chura pama. All the students had a feast today. Did you know that you dont chew on the buck wheat flour (Dra-u Tsampa)?. The moment it enters your mouth, it automatically travels down with the butter, all of the chura (cheese), chilli, fresh tomato zauce and wakes up all your taste buds and senses. What a Treat!
