On behalf of the organization, I am writing to inform you of our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is an important opportunity for us to come together as a community, reflect on the past year, share updates, and discuss plans for the future.
Date: June 7, 2026
Time: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Location: 40 Titan Rd
The AGM will include: (as per bylaw)
AGENDA – CTAO 2026 AGM:

1. Approval of the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting or Special Meeting
2. Approval of the financial statements; (August 1, 2025 – July 31, 2026)
3. Confirm, refer or reject any By-Law passed by the Board;
4. Presentation of Interim Report
5. Approval of the appointment of additional Board Member as per Article 5.1 and 6.6 of the organization Bylaw.
6. Address any other matter as the Board determines necessary;
7. Approval of Auditor for next fiscal year.
Your participation and voice are essential. The strength of our community comes from engaged and informed members, and we strongly encourage you to attend.
